We support RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and 60 via hardware RAID controllers. The default configuration depends on the plan, but you can specify your preferred RAID level at order time or contact support to change it.
Yes. Hybrid configurations with SSD caching drives are available. Contact our sales team to configure a custom hybrid storage server with SSD boot/cache drives and HDD bulk storage.
Yes. Failed drives are replaced at no cost within 4 hours of detection. Our monitoring systems proactively detect failing drives via SMART data and alert our technicians before failure occurs.
